The American Great Lakes Ports Association will hold its 2024 Annual Conference on Thursday, August 8th and Friday, August 9th in downtown Chicago.
This event is the largest maritime policy conference on the Great Lakes. Last year’s conference was attended by more than 180 participants, including Great Lakes port authorities, marine terminal operators, vessel operators, marine construction companies, engineering firms, state, local and federal government officials and allied organizations.
This event is open to the public and all are welcome.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Attendees will be welcomed to Chicago with a glittering dinner cruise and networking event along the iconic Chicago River. Conference presentations will include subject matter experts from government and industry who will address current port challenges such as infrastructure modernization, supply chain resiliency, environmental enhancement, and trade development.
